html5 video

I'm creating a uri from html data then converting it to a string with .ToString() and setting the WebControl.Source to it. It works fine for any html I give it, unless it includes video. If I use video, it looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/01KU7Rp.png (I'm on win10. just using custom theme)

The html I'm using is this:

 <html>
     <body>
         <video controls autoplay name="media">
             <source
     src="https://r11---sn-ab5l6ne6.googlevideo.com/videoplayback?requiressl=yes&id=79b864f59da3d22d&itag=22&source=webdrive&ttl=transient&app=texmex&ip=72.73.64.133&ipbits=32&expire=1474130539&sparams=expire,id,ip,ipbits,itag,mm,mn,ms,mv,nh,pl,requiressl,source,ttl&signature=1543F547AC01BE34557797F17124DB94BB34C260.3234B6FF143A89329CA3DCCED7AE3181D34B0A3B&key=cms1&pl=24&cms_redirect=yes&mm=31&mn=sn-ab5l6ne6&ms=au&mt=1474115902&mv=m&nh=IgpwcjA1LmxnYTA3Kgw3Mi4xNC4yMjMuMjU" type="video/mp4">
         </video>
     </body>
 </html

(sorry for the long video url)

and here's how I'm setting the Source:

 var uri = new Uri("data:text/html," + BuildURL(), UriKind.Absolute);
 webBrowser.Source = uri;
